EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Sometimes the size is just not right. No worries, we'll exchange it for the right size or for something else of your choice. We can also return it for you.
Receipt must be available for both online or in-person purchases, merchandise must be in its original packaging, and must be in an unused condition.
For online purchases, please contact us for return shipping label. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be paid by customer.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For international shipping, it is expected to pay customs fees. Any customs or other fees required by the receivers country is the customers responsibility.
Any promotional shipping rate including the free shipping does not apply to international orders. Shipping costs will be paid fully by the customer.
